Free standard shipping in European Union countries. Shipping costs for countries outside the EU will be displayed before checkout.
Our deliveries to third countries are tax-free export deliveries based on value. If the delivery is made in non-EU countries, any customs duties, taxes or additional charges are charged to the customer, not to the supplier, but rather to the local customs and tax authorities. Before placing an order, customers are advised to inquire with their local customs and tax authorities.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time of delivery of the goods. The costs for the return shipment and all related costs for the import of the goods into Slovenia are the responsibility of the user.
For orders returned to us outside the EU, please note:
Any charges / costs related to the return are your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund. Please inform yourself on how to declare the goods in order to avoid additional costs before shipping your return.
